Q. When I place an order, I do not receive an email confirmation. How do I change this?
A. If we do not have an email address on file for you, then you will not receive an email confirmation.
To verify that we have an email address set up for your account:
> Login to your Midwest Tire Online account
> Click on Admin and click on Edit Location Information to ensure there is a valid email address.
> Then click on Edit User Information, and ensure there is a valid email address there.

Q. How do I quote more than a single tire for a customer?
A. The tire quote page that shows, will give you the cost for 1qty tire, 2 qty tires, 3 qty tires and 4 qty tires, which calculates the cost of the tires plus all add-ons that you had set in the Tire Quote Maintenance section.
